I think a podcast would be cool (not solo, of course)

Writing explaining parts of the industry with commentary on the competitive landscape (mostly public companies) would be amazing.

So like, "this is what DuPont does, these are the competitors, this is the potential future for those end markets" ??

Then do that for more large/medium/small chemical companies?

Yep, that would be awesome. Most investors have very little knowledge of the chemical markets. Most of us know the name of the companies, and thats about it...

I always enjoy your writing Tony -- even if it takes me some time to get caught up. I enjoy your big-picture view, especially so now that I am in the bio-based processes / materials space myself.

Office Hours would be an interesting idea. Podcasts are fun too, but be forewarned -- they are a lot of work.

It's why I'd make Darius do the majority of the work :D on a podcast (jk Darius).

Yeah, so I think I'll probably do more writing about start-ups that wanna talk and then explaining some of the problems that they are trying to solve in depth and/or problems I see out there and how they relate to our current situation.

I just recently found your site. I haven't worked in the polymer field for a while but I found your enzyme immobilization essay has me interested in exploring what is going on in this field again. Protein folding has always been an interest and is key in many applications. I especially am interested in industrial applications. Thanks for your site.
