There are quite a few chemists here either in graduate school or established in industry. There are also some recruiters here too. I am experimenting with the discussion threads option here on Substack to try and link some of the audience together that might be looking for jobs or trying to recruit people. I have manually put some of the readers here in touch with recruiters, but this might be faster and more scalable.
